OPPORTUNITY
The manager who is also responsible for marketing a Stocking Organisation that collects 10,000 tons of grain is often on the move or in the field. He has several jobs because he has a small team and has to take care of everything. He might as well be a single-grain broker with a local clientele.
He needs a mobile tool on the field and a fixed tool when he is at his desk. He is looking for a cost-effective solution that allows it to optimise his average collection price and, from time to time, to generate reports.
SOLUTION
We worked with him and set him up with the Sitagri solution that is both mobile and can be used on his desktop. It was the one that was the most adapted to his needs.
RESULTS
Access to Sitagri has allowed him to give the right price levels to his counterparts. It optimises his average collection price and coverage rate while keeping his board members, customers and all his contacts informed wherever they are.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION
A MOBILE SOLUTION
At 8:30 a.m., our client reads the Morning Briefing, the SitagriMobile mobile app. He has a quick view of the closing values of the Chicago and Euronext markets but also breakdown analysis of the market close. He can take into account the international financial markets. He has access to currency and crude oil markets. It also features key figures published by the USDA and FranceAgrimer.
A DESKTOP SOLUTION
Upon arrival at his office, our client opens SitagriPro Infinite. To view the market closings in detail, to take a look at the main derivatives markets sometimes on a July basis, physical markets in spot or premium, and currencies. Before his first appointment he does not forget to look up the latest boat movements, tenders, the latest USDA reports and the weather reports.
CHARTS
Our client will also be able to consult Euronext’s historic in order to get a global look at the market levels. He can easily export graphs to email them to his technicians.
NEWS
The Sitagri News and Agence France Presse update him throughout the day of information such as closing levels, the weather or French and international statistics.
